If you have an electrical outlet that is not providing power to the equipment, follow the troubleshooting below:

- Press the GFCI switch on the outlet if it has one then test the outlet for power
- If the outlet now has power, plug in the equipment, if the GFCI trips, you will need to Click Here to submit a New Ticket, Otherwise continue troubleshooting
- If the outlet still does not have power, check to see if there is a tripped circuit breaker at the breaker panel, if there is not a tripped breaker, you may need to call an electrician
- If there is a tripped circuit breaker, reset it by flipping it off then back on, if the problem persists you may need an electrician
