If you have a slight water leak from the valve while pouring a drink, follow the troubleshooting below:



If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:

  • Turn the key switch to the off position
  • Remove the nozzle and diffuser for the flavor that is leaking
  • Separate the nozzle from the diffuser and clean both parts thoroughly with clean warm water
  • Sanitize and dry the nozzle and diffuser
  • Screw the nozzle and diffuser back into the valve ensuring that the diffuser is facing the correct direction and the nozzle is not cross-threaded
  • Turn the key switch back on and try pouring the drink
