If you have a black screen on the Spire 3.0, 4.1, or 5.0 fountain that does not display anything, follow the troubleshooting below:

If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:

  • Open the touchscreen door by placing your hand at the right side of the screen door and pulling out to the left
  • Check for a blue light
  • If the blue light is on, you will need to submit a service ticket
  • If the blue light is off, press and release the green power button
  • The machine will restart, taking 2-3 minutes to complete
  • Check to see if the blue light came on. If it did not, check that the the unit is plugged in at the E-box and the power outlet
