If you have a "No Signal" error on the Spire 3.0, 4.1, or 5.0 fountain that is not displaying anything else, follow the troubleshooting below:



If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:

  • Open the touchscreen door by placing your hand at the right side of the screen door and pulling out to the left
  • Check for a blue light
  • If the blue light is on, press and release the power button
  • When the light turns off, press and release the power button again
  • The machine will restart, taking 2-3 minutes to complete
  • If the No Signal icon is still displayed, unplug the machine from the outlet for 15-20 seconds then plug it back in
  • Press and release the power button, the machine will restart again, taking 2-3 minutes to complete
