If you broken a BIB Connector, you will need to enter a service ticket, but if you have a BIB Connector that is leaking syrup, you may want to follow the instructions in this video:
If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:
- Disconnect your BIB
- Agitate the BIB Connector in a bucket of clean, warm water for 10-15 seconds
- Dry the connector with a clean cloth
- Reconnect the line to the syrup box ensuring that the connector is only hand tightened and is not cross-threaded
