If ice is not dispensing from an Ice/Drink Combo fountain that has an ice maker on top of it, follow the troubleshooting below:
If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:
- Lift the manual fill lid by the ice maker and verify if there is any ice inside, if there is no ice, follow the Reset Ice Maker troubleshooting
- If you are manually filling the ice bin, ensure that it is not bagged or sub-zero ice which can freeze solid, not should you use crushed ice which will not dispense correctly
- If the ice bin is at least 1/4 full, try dispensing ice with the ice lever for 5-10 seconds
