If ice is not dispensing from an Ice/Drink Combo fountain that does not have an ice maker on top of it, follow the troubleshooting below:

If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:

• Lift the ice bin lid and verify if there is any ice inside, it should be at least 1/4 full to dispense
• Fill the bin if needed, ensure that it is not bagged or sub-zero ice which can freeze solid, not should you use crushed ice which will not dispense correctly
• Try dispensing ice with the ice lever for 5-10 seconds
