• Check that the key switch is in the on position
• Check that the ice bin lid is fully closed, as the sanitary shutoff switch will prevent pouring while open
• Check that the machine is plugged in at the power outlet
• Check that the outlet has power, reset the GFCI on the outlet if necessary
• If the outlet does have power, you will need to Click Here to submit a New Ticket otherwise, continue troubleshooting
• If the outlet does not have power, Click Here to troubleshoot power issues
