If you have an Ice/Drink Combo fountain that will not dispense anything, follow the troubleshooting below:

- Check that the key switch is in the on position
- Check if the fountain dispenses ice, if it does you will need to Click Here to submit a New Ticket otherwise, continue troubleshooting
- Check that the machine is plugged in at the power outlet
- Check that the outlet has power, reset the GFCI on the outlet if necessary
- If the outlet does have power, you will need to Click Here to submit a New Ticket otherwise, continue troubleshooting
- If the outlet does not have power, Click Here to troubleshoot power issues
