Once you have have submitted your ticket you will receive a confirmation email that your ticket was received. Once the ticket is processed you will receive a confirmation and details about the voucher process to cover the replacement cost of your lost soda. Typically, it takes 24 to 48 hrs to get back to you with this information. The next email you receive will contain the confirmation we are mailing your voucher.
We process vouchers weekly between Monday and Wednesdays for the following week. The mailing of the voucher can take 10 - 14 days to be received, depending on your location. If you have any questions you can reply to the email you received and we will be happy to follow-up with you!
