If all of the drinks poured from a Spire fountain are too foamy, follow the troubleshooting below:



If you prefer not to watch a video, these are the steps:

  • Check that the Ice Bin is at least 1/4 full, fill the bin if needed
  • Dispense ice into a pitcher for 5-10 seconds (if the ice does not dispense, you'll need to submit a service ticket)
  • Wait for 20 minutes, then check to see if the drinks are still foamy
  • If the drinks are still foamy, try cleaning the nozzle and diffuser as outlined in theĀ Spire Weekly Cleaning Guide
  • If the foaming issue continues for a single flavor, ensure that the BIB has not expired and is not empty
  • Also try disconnecting the BIB, cleaning and drying the BIB connector, and reconnecting the BIB
  • Pour two pitchers of the product to flush the syrup line
